The Research House provides the information needed to alert producers and production counsel to areas of possible legal exposure.

WHAT IS A TITLE REPORT?
A title search is another item usually required for producer’s insurance policies. It is a research product that shows the history of the use of the title you have selected for your production, detailing the extent of the title’s use in many media (film, television, publishing, music, etc) and assists your entertainment lawyer in determining whether your film or TV show’s title may be “passing off” as another.
